In May 2024, the company partnered with Navina, an AI-powered primary care platform, to transform value-based specialty care with AI at the point of care. The companies collaborated to improve the accuracy of patients’ overall health assessment and enhance clinical workflows to maximize valuable time with patients.

In April 2021, the company partnered with lower extremity care provider, Extremity Healthcare Incorporated, to join Upperline’s network of providers. Through the partnership, the combined entity claimed to be the largest provider of lower extremity care services in the US.
