One Potato offers pre-prepped healthy dinner meal kits for delivery, utilizing organic, locally sourced non-GMO produce. The ingredients are pre-chopped and pre-portioned for meals that can be cooked by the customer in 30 minutes or less. Also, to keep fresh, the ingredients are packed with frozen gel packs in an insulated box. The company caters to families with child-sized portions and kid-friendly recipes and meal plans are created to tailor to small children, teenagers, and adults. As such, customers can customize meal plans based on family size and can choose to have meal kits delivered two or three times per week. The plans offered range from two to six servings in one meal kit, costing from USD 12.95 to USD 7.32 per serving, respectively. One Potato allows customers to pause their subscription for up to three months, as well as skip certain deliveries. As of September 2020, One Potato delivered to the West Coast (Utah, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Washington, Nevada and Oregon) and has plans to expand their services across the US.
