IntelyCare's technology platform enables healthcare organizations to fill open provider positions efficiently by offering solutions to identify passive job seekers through its Winnow AI brand and recruit active job seekers through its DocCafe platform. The company's AI predicts which nursing professionals are likely to change jobs and where they are most likely to relocate, helping drive novel candidate referrals and create perfectly aligned provider teams for faster, more efficient recruitment.

As of April 2022, IntelyCare had over 30,000 nursing professionals, referred to as "IntelyPros," working across more than 1,600 healthcare facilities in 28 states. The company experienced rapid growth during the Covid-19 pandemic, with its pool of nurses more than doubling in 2021 while client demand nearly tripled. Between February 2020 and April 2022, IntelyCare's annual revenue grew by over 850%.

In November 2021, IntelyCare launched a free Covid-19 training program on its platform to prepare its workforce and prevent the spread of the virus. Within two weeks, over 25,000 nurses worldwide completed the training and received certification, and by April 2020, 350,000 people had completed the program.

In November 2023, IntelyCare acquired Winnow AI, a data-science-driven recruiting solution that identifies predictive matches and referral connections for open roles at healthcare organizations, to bolster its physician recruitment capabilities.
