IntelyCare

IntelyCare’s app enables nurses and nursing assistants to pick up shift-based work from healthcare facilities and create their own schedules. The app also allows nursing professionals to manage their credentials and get paid immediately after their shift. The platform offers various work opportunities, including per-diem shifts, local and travel contract assignments, and soon-to-be home health visit opportunities. Nursing professionals can use the app's features, such as BookMe and Block Booking, to plan their shifts in advance. Additionally, IntelyCare offers employer-contributed taxes, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, worker's comp, and malpractice insurance as benefits for nursing professionals. As of April 2022, the platform has over 30,000 nursing professionals working with over 1,600 healthcare facilities across the US. 

IntelyEdu also offers IntelyCare, which is a platform that offers nursing professionals certificate programs, a course library and other educational programs. As of June 2022, the platform had 900,000 enrollments. IntelyCare also provides Flex Pool, a proprietary staffing software that aims to empower healthcare facilities. 

Key customers and partnerships

In April 2023, IntelyCare partnered with UKG to enable healthcare organizations to manage full-time, temporary, float, per-diem, and contract staff through a new interface. The integration allows organizations to view and fill open shifts at multiple facilities, communicate with staff, and use IntelyCare's AI-driven pricing and matching capabilities for float pool management.

Funding and financials

In its latest funding round ( April 2022 ), IntelyCare raised USD 115 million in Series C funding led by Janus Henderson Investors. The round valued IntelyCare at USD 1.1 billion. 

From February 2020 to April 2022, the company’s revenue grew by over 850%. In 2021, the number of nursing professionals on the platform more than doubled and the client demand for nursing professionals nearly tripled compared with 2020.
