ElectroNeek, a Y Combinator and Plug and Play graduate, offers a low-code/no-code platform that enables users to build and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) bots, These bots can be used to automate a range of workflows across HR, finance, sales, marketing, and customer service, such as user management, reporting, sales enablement, and web scraping. Users can leverage the platform’s drag-and-drop interface or code their own automated workflows using Javascript or Python. These workflows can then be linked to RPA bots, which can be customized with different controls, schedules, triggers, and notifications based on the user’s requirements.

ElectroNeek enables managed service providers (MSP) to develop and distribute automation solutions to their end customers while retaining control over the pricing. Additionally, the company also offers a desktop activity mining suite that allows users to identify repeatable processes that can be automated, as well as a document intelligence tool (named “Intellidocs”) for extracting and processing information contained in documents. Intellidocs offers over 2,500 pre-trained AI models that can be applied across 26 document types and 89 languages, as well as custom AI model creation features.

In September 2023, the company released an AI-powered workflow builder that enabled users to generate workflow processes using text prompts.

Key customer and partnerships

As of June 2021, the company served over 250 customers in more than 40 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East (expanding to over 50 by October 2023). Its customers mostly consist of MSPs, such as Intellimorph, Apollo, Protiviti, and ACL Digital. Furthermore, ElectroNeek operates a Global Partner Success Program that offers MSPs access to joint business initiatives and free bot licenses alongside the company’s software solutions.

The company also claims to have technology and go-to-market partnerships with Microsoft, Oracle, and NVIDIA. In October 2021, it partnered with Ricoh Australia to offer its automation platform to educational centers across Australia.
