Kion provides automation for setting up and provisioning of accounts within an enterprise’s ecosystem, with the ability to integrate with existing technology stacks. The platform’s cost-tracking feature scans network environments continuously and utilizes built-in checks to identify overprovisioned or redundant resources and provides a near-real-time view of cloud spend to understand cost drivers, thereby enabling automated budget enforcement and cloud cost optimization.

Moreover, Kion contains over 8,000 built-in compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry and regulatory standards, such as CIS, NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and FedRAMP. The platform provides all-around compliance support from detection to remediation from Day-1 by utilizing guardrails and on-demand/scheduled checks for compliance posture management.

Kion operates a consumption-based model, with the pricing based on aggregate annual cloud spend.
