Now Cuisine develops “Takeout Station,” a patent-pending self-service robotic food kiosk capable of assembling fresh ingredients and serving customized meals on-demand 24x7 using proprietary technology. The company pitches its food kiosk primarily towards grab-and-go consumers at apartment buildings and condos, offices, college campuses, factories, airports, hotels, and hospitals. The company plans to expand its offerings to include more types of food bowls in subsequent versions, and also to deploy at least 100 stations throughout Dallas and other Texas cities by 2023.

In September 2020, Now Cuisine launched a beta version of the Takeout Station to offer grain bowls at two Venture X Uptown coworking locations in Dallas. Subsequently, the company partnered with Texas restaurant chain Freebirds to install restaurant-branded robotic burrito bowl kiosks in commercial buildings in Dallas, in September 2021.

In September 2020, the company announced its plans to raise capital via a seed funding round to expand the team.
