FarmTogether's crowdfunding product allows investors to purchase shares in entities like LLCs that own specific farm properties. The Sustainable Farmland Fund provides diversified exposure across permanent and row cropland through a single investment vehicle, with a USD 100,000 minimum and targeting 8-10% net IRR returns and 4-6% annual distributions. FarmTogether's bespoke offerings enable investors to pursue sole ownership of entire farm properties tailored to their needs with a USD 1 million minimum investment for row crops or USD 3 million for permanent crops.

FarmTogether has committed to sustainability, with its full portfolio certified by the Leading Harvest standard which verifies sustainable farmland management through third-party audits. Key focus areas include utilizing efficient irrigation, cover cropping to prevent erosion, and transitioning farms to organic production.
