 In March 2021, Numan acquired med-tech firm Vi-Health to enhance its digital platform capabilities and extend the range of illnesses covered. As of March 2021, Numan has conducted 1.4 million virtual visits and enrolled 300,000 members since inception. The company closed its Series B funding at USD 60.1 million in February 2022, led by White Star Capital. Additionally, it raised USD 20 million in debt financing from Kreos Capital.
