The Autopilot plan includes enhanced features such as bin management, custom workflow automation, and tailored analytics.
As of July 2022, Latchel managed over 100,000 homes across the US and processed over 12,000 monthly maintenance requests.
Key customers and partnerships
In September 2023, Latchel partnered with Sure to integrate renters insurance into its property management platform. This collaboration allowed property managers to monitor insurance compliance and reduce costs, while tenants accessed insurance directly through Latchel's resident benefits dashboard. The integration supported Latchel's goal of enhancing the renter experience by offering a unified platform for home-related needs.
In 2020, Latchel partnered with RentRedi to allow users on the RentRedi platform to receive maintenance services from Latchel. Through this partnership, the Latchel platform was integrated with the RentRedi platform to help property managers manage property maintenance.
