Manatee is a virtual mental healthcare solution that takes a whole family approach to mental health for children, teens, and parents. It focuses on deepening relationships through an app that facilitates communication between families and their care team of licensed therapists, parent coaches, and peers. Manatee's approach involves setting goals and interventions through a straightforward dashboard for clinicians, which are then shared with the family app. Children can work on goals through gamification, earning points and rewards for progress.

Manatee's technology identifies signs of suicidal ideation or self-harm, allowing the care team to intervene promptly. The platform has shown positive outcomes, with 93% of families completing their first 6-week care plan and 76% of children demonstrating clinically significant improvements after only six weeks.

In December 2022, Manatee joined the behavioral health network of providers for Horizon healthcare Services, Inc., providing virtual in-network care for children and families in New Jersey. Manatee's innovative model aims to address the growing need for child and adolescent mental health services, which has reached an all-time high, with one in five children having a diagnosable mental or behavioral health disorder in the US.
