The company's primary offering is the spencer SmartHub, an FDA-certified Class 1 medical device that serves as an intelligent medication dispenser. This device alerts patients to take their pre-packaged medications on a prescribed schedule, dispenses medications, and documents medication adherence. The spencer SmartHub connects to the internet through an integrated cellular network or the user's Wi-Fi network, allowing it to securely collect and transmit patient data.

In September 2022, Advantage healthcare Services, a leading provider of mental health pharmacy support in California, joined Spencer Health Solutions' Certified Pharmacy Partner Network. This partnership focuses on offering enhanced in-home patient services for one of Advantage healthcare's largest commercial pharmaceutical programs, specifically targeting patients with severe and persistent behavioral health conditions.

Spencer Health Solutions also expanded its partnership with Royal Philips to Europe in October 2019. This expansion aimed to introduce their medication adherence solution to patients' homes across Europe, starting with the Netherlands in the fourth quarter of 2019, and expanding to other markets including Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
