VRJam

VRJam offers creators, celebrities, and artists persistent digital venues for virtual concerts and live events, enabling them to directly engage with fans via digital avatars. The platform is accessible via XR devices, desktops, and video game consoles, using real-time motion capture technology and visual effects to offer a greater immersive experience.

In July 2023, the company launched 5th Dimension, a virtual live music destination space for users to explore. Its 5th Dimension “Emporium” allows users to trade digital assets using the platform's native VRJAM Coin, including real estate, avatars, and experiences. The company also offers a Creator Guild, which functions as a community hub of approved creators who are able to promote their content on the platform.

Notable enterprise customers include Twitch, Redbull, and Winter Music Conference.

The company was a previous recipient of Epic Games’ MegaGrant fund, and partnered with the company in November 2022 to build a performance toolset that allows creators to utilize motion capture and computer-generated avatar tech.

Other notable partnerships include Ethereum scaling blockchain protocol Polygon to develop Planet Polygon (November 2022), a new branded immersive events venue within VRJam’s platform for gaming, music, and esports fans. The company also partnered with 3D mapping company Mars4 (November 2022) to launch its native cryptocurrency, the VRJAM coin.

Funding and financials

In May 2022, VRJam raised over USD 2 million via pre-sales of its proprietary VRJam Coin token, which included participation from SkyVision Capital and Enjin, among others. Proceeds from funding were earmarked to ensure bolster platform content and user-friendliness.
