Otis AI focuses on offering solutions geared for SMBs, startups, and social media influencers, particularly for ecommerce brands where it has a dedicated solution for Shopify businesses. In line with this, the firm offers a range of flexible pricing plans and has entered into strategic channel partnerships in the SMB space to extend its channel capabilities, including connected TV (CTV). The platform is also suitable for SMB marketing agencies for automating workflows. The firm also claims that users of its platform experience a 10x return on ad spend.

In October 2021, the firm was the only US-based company to be selected for Intuit Canada’s inaugural cohort Prosperity Accelerator. In January 2022, the firm raised USD 2.5 million in seed funding. The firm also stated that it has crossed USD 1 million in annual revenue.
