Bob W (Best of both Worlds) is a hospitality provider that seeks to offer hotel-quality apartment rentals at a lower price point, operating in Estonia, Finland, Spain, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands. The company offers climate-neutral stays powered by renewable energy in prime locations, with amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, contactless access, Wi-Fi, 24/7 customer support, regular professional cleaning, local gym passes, and laundry facilities, among others. Bob W adds rentals to its portfolio through rent-to-rent and management arrangements, with its apartments being catered to individual travelers and corporations. Rental prices range between ~EUR 9,000 and 285,000 per month (~USD 9,900–312,000). The company also offers a membership program in which members get access to discounted stays.

In April 2023 , Bob W acquired apartment rental platform Charly Hospitality, adding seven properties to its portfolio in Germany, with the acquisition being financed by the company’s Series A funding round in October 2022. The company expects Germany to be its largest market by the end of the year and by the end of 2023, it aims to operate over 40 properties through a combination of management deals, leases, and further potential M&A activity. Previous acquisitions to expand its geographic reach include that of Finland-based Koti in October 2022 and Estonia’s largest short-term rental operator, Estonishing, in May 2022.

Key customers and partnerships

In July 2024, partnered with Osborne+Co Investment Management (OCIM), the investment arm of Osborne+Co to establish a joint venture. This aimed to transform 20–25 buildings into 1,500–2,000 modern serviced apartments across key European markets like Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Poland, and the UK.
