 Colorado-based plant-based meat company, The Jackfruit Company (TJC), has raised USD 5 million in a Series B extension funding round, following a USD 23 million Series B round in 2021. The participants in the round include InvestEco, Creadev, and Grosvenor Food &amp; AgTech.
