The platform leverages a multi-directional sync engine that synchronizes customer data across various business systems, to enable users to direct data to required areas and trigger sequences, workflows, and notifications.
The company also provides reporting and analytics tools, along with a “Data Fitness Index” that enables users to improve the data quality within their organization by continuously measuring whether it is fit for use.
In July 2023, Syncari introduced SyncAI, a set of generative-AI-powered features that enable users to perform several data automation tasks using a conversational interface and natural language prompts. These tools include 1) InsightsGPT, which allows revenue teams to analyze customer data; 2) PipelineGPT, which enables users to build and publish data pipelines; and 3) ActionGPT, which enables users to integrate GenAI into data workflows.
