Israel-based Whatslly offers a no-code plug-and-play solution that connects instant messaging platforms such as Whatsapp or direct-to-customer channels with Salesforce. Its AI-driven data processing platform enables users to monitor client engagement and surface insights. Its features include chat syncing, message templates, user management, and providing a unified view of customer interactions over Whatsapp and Salesforce. As of November 2021, Whatslly had more than 70 customers, including Volkswagen, Subaru, Telefonica, XP Investimentos, Edenred, and Great Place to Work, and users across 35 countries, mainly from Latin America. The platform’s pricing starts at USD 30 per month per seat (requires a minimum of 20 seats).
In November 2021, the company reported YoY revenue growth of 10x, with the expectation to increase revenue growth by 5x in 2022. Also, Whatslly intended to develop its AI-powered customer insights and recommendation tools.
It raised USD 11 million in a seed funding round led by Zeev Ventures in November 2021. The company plans to use the funds to 1) increase headcount by 5–8x, mainly in Latin America and Israel; 2) integrate with other messaging channels and product development; and 3) strengthen its partnership with Salesforce and local consulting firms.
