Vivun

Vivun is a sales intelligence platform that offers a software known as “Hero,” which allows sales reps to prioritize tasks and manage deals. The platform focuses on pre-sales and offers a scoring system that, coupled with AI, uses clustering techniques to predict the likelihood that a deal will close, and provides recommendations on how to close them. In addition, it records customer feedback and provides guidance on what products to develop to meet customer requirements.

Key customers and partnerships

Vivun’s customer base ranges from global companies to startups. In FY 2020, the company tripled its customer base to 45, onboarding clients such as Autodesk, Dell, Cloudera, and Okta. Meanwhile, in FY2021, its customer count increased by more than 160% and included Snowflake, Genesys, and UiPath.

Funding and financials

In May 2022, the company raised USD 75 million in a Series C funding round led by Salesforce Ventures. It planned to use the funds to gain market presence in the Europe, Middle-East, and Africa (EMEA) region by replicating its strategy adopted in North America. It also intended to use the funding for continued product development. The company reported that during the full years 2020 and 2021, Vivun’s ARR grew 8x and 4x, respectively.
