Tandem is a virtual office tool for remote teams. It enables quick collaborations, conversations, and co-working—facilitating effective communication with over 40 work tool integrations (G-suite, Asana, Github, etc.). Tandem also allows one-to-one discussions, standups for the whole team, as well as the ability to join and invite people into active conversations. Its clients include large enterprises such as Medium, Lyft, Dropbox, and Airbnb, among others. As of April 2022, Tandem is used by ~800 clients including large enterprises such as Medium, Lyft, Dropbox, and Airbnb. Tandem operates a subscription-based model with a standard plan priced at USD 8 per user per month and an enterprise plan with advanced features.

The company also offers Spaces (launched in April 2022 ), a video and audio-based collaboration tool, which aims to bridge the gap between remote and in-person teammates by allowing remote workers to virtually move around the physical office and interact with colleagues at the office through a network of monitors equipped with video and audio conferencing systems distributed around the premises. As of April 2022, Spaces is priced at USD 50 per company per month.
