EliseAI (previously called MeetElise) is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered leasing agent (named Elise) that handles tedious communications with prospective tenants. EliseAI can be integrated with clients’ existing property management software. The tool has been adopted by more than 650,000 multi-family communities across the country, as well as large real estate investment trusts (REIT), such as AvalonBay (managing 86,000 apartments) and Equity Residential (managing 80,000 apartments). As of November 2021, the number of apartments that used the platform had increased by 275% over the previous 12 months.

The company stated that EliseAI can save clients’ leasing teams around 2-3 hours per day. The tool can answer texts, emails, and calls 24/7 regarding availability, promotions, floor plans, tour scheduling, and many other topics. The tool also benefits prospective tenants because they do not have to wait for hours or even days to receive a response about properties from the agents. Many renters have experienced faster and friendlier responses from MeetElise when they search for apartments.

In April 2024, EliseAI launched an advanced AI platform for real estate operators, serving over 60% of the top 50 in the industry. This platform, which managed more than 30 million conversations, enhances AI comprehension, privacy, and security. It supports various communication methods, integrates with major industry systems, and caters to different housing models. Key features include a ResidentAI suite, expanded Voice AI, and customizable AI personalities, aiming to improve operations, employee effectiveness, and resident satisfaction.
