Chintai is a Singapore-based blockchain technology company that offers blockchain infrastructure for tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs). The company’s platform leverages a private instance of the Antelope protocol integrated with the EOS public blockchain to enable enterprise users to issue, trade, and manage tokenized assets, including securities, bonds, real estate, carbon credits, and utility tokens. Furthermore, Chintai provides enterprise clients access to an automated compliance engine, reconciliation, cap table management, liquidity, and instant settlement.
In June 2024, the protocol announced that it would leverage Coinbase's Ethereum Layer 2 (L2) chain, named Base, for its smart contract functionality.
In August 2022, Chintai received a capital markets services (CMS) license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), which allows it to conduct regulated activities in dealing with capital markets products, including securities and units in collective investment schemes.
