VitalTech operates a digital health platform called VitalCare which combines with smart biomedical wearable VitalBand to offer remote monitoring capabilities for senior care. VitalCare monitors the patient's vital signs, facilitates virtual check-ins and communication between patients, caregivers, and family members, and sends medication reminders to the patient's tablet. In September 2019, Stanley Healthcare, a senior living technology solutions provider, entered into a commercial agreement with VitalTech to sell its VitalCare and VitalBand products and also participated in VitralTech’s Series A funding.
In February 2020, VitalTech acquired Breezie, a tablet-based senior patient engagement solutions provider, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition added new complementary elements to VitalTech’s platform. In April 2020, the company announced a partnership with clinical therapy provider, VIVUS Pharmaceuticals, who will leverage VitalTech’s platform to accelerate its telemedicine solution.
