 DeepRoute.ai, an automated driving technology start-up company based in China, has secured funding of 100 million USD from Chinese automobile manufacturer, Great Wall Motor. This boosts their total fundraising to 450 million USD. 
 The company's future plans include use of this funding in the development of end-to-end visual-language-action models, exploring worldwide opportunities in the robot taxi business, and increased collaborations with other automakers. 
 Presently, the company’s advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are operational in 20,000 vehicles across multiple Chinese cities. DeepRoute.ai aims to increase this reach to 200,000 vehicles by the end of 2025. This strategy includes launching 10 new models, one of which will be under the affiliations of popular automotive brands, Geely and Mercedes-Benz Smart.
