NØIE’s product recommendation algorithm uses a database that comprises feedback from over 80,000 users. The company also obtains customer feedback 30 days after product usage and incorporates the same into the algorithm's data pool. NØIE’s business model includes an onboarding kit that can be obtained as a one-time purchase and a monthly subscription.
