Norbert Health’s ambient scanner can measure vital signs such as temperature, cardiac and respiratory activity within a 6-foot range. The product is offered through a SaaS platform that allows passive monitoring and multi-location management. It can be used by businesses to scan their spaces and hospitals or care centers to facilitate automated check-in, vital monitoring while getting treated, and monitoring post-discharge.
The company claims it has already installed 50 devices and recorded over 1 million vital sign scans, as of May 2021.
