Tarana Wireless is a company that develops and provides fixed wireless access (FWA) technology to deliver high-speed internet service. In July 2022, Tarana revealed that its technology was the result of a decade-long, USD 400 million investment in developing custom silicon, software algorithms, and antennas specifically designed for FWA applications. The company's differentiator lies in its "clean-sheet" approach, contrasting with other providers repurposing indoor Wi-Fi or mobile technologies for FWA deployments.
