Eloops is an employee engagement platform for remote teams. The platform launched in October 2020 and provides templates for pulse surveys and virtual activities for team building. The app takes a gamified approach to engagement. Participation in virtual activities earns employees coin-based rewards that can be redeemed for offline perks or send peer-to-peer recognition. HR managers can pre-schedule polls, surveys, and personalized messages while having access to insights based on data collected from employee interactions. The platform operates a subscription pricing model with a freemium plan and paid plans starting at around USD 4 per user per month.
Key customers and partnerships
As of August 2020, it reports 30 customers, including Coca-Cola, Carlsberg, and Hertz Israel. Having partnered with Microsoft to integrate Eloops with Microsoft Teams in December 2020, the company expects to integrate with Slack in the future.
Funding and financials
Eloops raised USD 2 million in a seed funding round led by High Biz in August 2021. The fresh funds were expected to be funneled toward hiring, platform development, and expanding its operations.
