The app allows users to report symptoms, enabling patient triage, based on the level of urgency. It has made patient enrollment, engagement, retention, and timely nurse intervention rates more efficient.
The company operates on a subscription-based B2B2C basis and partnerships with oncology practices that operate across the US. The company’s platform is designated as the preferred vendor for the Quality Cancer Care Alliance (QCCA) and for several oncology practices such as the Highlands Oncology Group, Northwest Medical Specialties, Los Angeles Cancer Network, Cancer and Hematology Centers of Western Michigan, and Tennessee Cancer Specialists (TCS). As of March 2022, the company had served more than 50,000 patients.
In March of 2022, the company launched out of stealth with a USD 13 million funding round led by GSR Ventures that is earmarked for scaling Canopy’s operations and providing better insights to its clinical partners to improve patient care.
