Koncert (formerly ConnectLeader) is a conversational intelligence platform with predictive intelligence and sales cadence capabilities for lead management. The company holds five patents for its technical inventions including multi-touch cadence capabilities and online call scheduling.
Koncert has been bootstrapped since inception. It started as a customer relationship management (CRM) product in 2004, pivoting to agent-assisted call center solutions in 2012.
Koncert launched “Adaptilytics”, its predictive intelligence solution, in 2016, to assist sales reps in prospect scoring and sales outreach. The tool analyzes data points from over five billion interactions—the largest database among all disruptors identified by SPEEDA. In 2018, Koncert launched “TruCadence” which allows sales reps to engage with prospects via multiple channels, tailoring interaction depending on industry or client specific factors.
