iSpot.tv provides cross-platform TV measurement and attribution capabilities for optimizing ad campaigns. The firm offers a full spectrum of products for brands, TV networks, and ad agencies, including 1) a media measurement solution that persistently measures TV-device impressions across linear, time-shifted, video-on-demand (VOD), and streaming services; 2) a creative assessment tool that uses qualitative panel data to measure a brands perception for TV and video; and 3) TV attribution—a solution enabling advertisers and TV networks to plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns. In January 2024, the firm announced the development of a streaming measurement technology to enhance its Unified Measurement platform to help advertisers and publishers comprehensively track the reach of CTV advertising at scale.
iSpot.tv has acquired several firms in the ad measurement space including 1) Tunity, an out-of-home (OOH) ad measurement firm (March 2022); 2) DRMetrix, an ad measurement solution specialized for DTC (October 2021); and 3) Ace Metrix, a video ad measurement platform (January 2021), to both widen and deepen its channel analytics.
This and a large number of partnerships with data providers have enabled iSpot.tv to provide granular and real-time analytics that are unified across both linear and digital TV channels, giving it a competitive edge over its competitors.
