Opscura (formerly Enigmedia) is a Spain-based industrial cybersecurity startup that offers a patented cloaking technology to protect industrial assets such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and data across OT/IT networks of critical infrastructure organizations. The company uses cryptography to segment networks, isolating mission-critical OT assets from everything else.

The solution also complements the offerings of other cybersecurity companies such as Nozomi Networks, Claroty, and Fortinet. The company serves customers across several sectors including renewable energy, transportation, manufacturing, chemical, and government.

Funding and financials 

In February 2023, the company raised USD 9.4 million in a series A funding round led by Anzu Partners. The funds were to be used to expand its partnership and customer base across the US.
