Amaze (formerly known as Famous) offers a no-code content creation platform that enables merchants, designers, and business owners to create advertising pages, promotional pages, and slides to be used in their marketing campaigns, Instagram bio links, and social media posts. The platform offers Studio, its design suite, tools to manage  performance, as well as a content management solution. Additionally, Amaze offers a free library of assets such as transitions, templates, and animations.

In January 2022, the company launched a new product named “Amaze Free,” which allows users to use Amaze’s tools directly in Shopify without the use of code. Amaze will be offered for free in the Shopify App Store, and will offer immersive designs, animations, and transitions, to enable merchants to build customized landing pages.

In October 2022, Amaze acquired Spring , a social commerce platform, for an undisclosed amount. Amaze expects to leverage Spring’s 5.5 million new creator stores and its leadership team’s experience in social commerce, merchandising, and marketing. Moreover, the company integrated its product design, monetization features, and fulfillment solutions into its product offering. In July 2023, the company went on to expand its in-country fulfillment network  to Australia to reduce delivery time and shipping costs.

In June 2023, the company went on to acquire Outfts, a creator analytics platform, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition enabled Amaze to provide users access to additional tools and services such as media kits, Link In Bio tools, and a number of brands' product catalogs.

Key customers and partnerships

Amaze partners with a range of companies to extend its tools and features to a broader audience and expand its product offerings. These include partnerships with 1) Shutterstock (September 2022) to provide users access to the Shutterstock’s library of licensed images and videos, 2) TikTok (June 2023), to release an integration that enables users to curate, showcase, and sell their own products on the platform, 3) Kornit Digital (June 2023), an on-demand textile production company, to provide its production and fulfillment solutions to Amaze customers, and 4) Cameo (October 2023), a celebrity video sharing website, to offer its managed creator services to users of the platform.

As of February 2024, the company served over 11 million users.
