 Specialty materials manufacturer, Eastman, has entered a long-term agreement with Nord Pal Plast SA - a subsidiary of Italy-based multinational PET waste recycling company Dentis Group. Their partnership aims to provide a circular solution for hard-to-recycle PET waste.
 Eastman plans to use its molecular recycling technology to process hard-to-recycle post-consumer PET waste from Dentis at its facility in Normandy, France, thus significantly increasing feedstock availability. Dentis will be providing 30,000 metric tonnes of rejected PET post-consumer waste to Eastman every year.
 The Normandy facility of Eastman is set to become the largest material-to-material molecular recycling plant in the world, with an annual recycling capacity of over 200,000 tonnes of plastic waste when operated at full scale.
