Peek offers travel and experience booking solutions via two platforms, Peek Pro and Peek Experiences, which target different segments of the travel industry. Peek Experiences offers more than 20,000 experiences, including tours, sightseeing, workshops, classes, and cuisine, focused primarily in the US. The platform is able to recommend top picks and popular destinations to users based on their travel personality. The platform also allows same-day booking options with flexible cancellation policies.
Peek Pro is a B2B2C product that provides technology for travel operators to implement an online booking platform, point-of-sale services, and digital check-ins for travelers, alongside the management of inventory and employees. Other features include Peek Pro Bundles, which provides travel operators with tools for optional upsells and an itinerary builder for longer trips, alongside combo and discount packages for travelers. In April 2022, the company launched Peek Pro 7, which added features such as memberships, a customer portal, an industry-standard protocol for sharing booking information, and Peek Texting (automated text messages to travelers). Peek charges a 3% fee on the booking price from tour operators for bookings made through either of its platforms alongside additional fees.
