Seclore began its commercial operations in 2010 and offers an automated data-centric security platform (DCSP), which facilitates data protection, data privacy, cloud data security, and third-party risk management. Seclore’s DCSP also facilitates governance and compliance with privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA. The platform automates data discovery, data loss prevention, data classification, and data encryption across third parties, public clouds, and personal devices instead of securing data as it moves from enterprise systems throughout the cloud and to third parties. Seclore’s DCSP integrates data-centric security solutions with existing enterprise systems to automate secure sharing and downloads of documents, while ensuring full protection, tracking, and revocation of access to sensitive data.

As of May 2022, Seclore served more than 2,000 companies and government organizations in 29 countries. The company operates in the US, Germany, India, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Notable customers include American Express, Applied Materials, ADM, Saudi Telecom, and ICICI Group.

In May 2022, the company raised USD 27 million in a Series C funding round, co-led by Origami Capital and Oquirrh Ventures. The funds were expected to be utilized to accelerate the development of its data security platform and to expand its global employee headcount and customer base in North America.
