LGN

LGN develops edge AI software systems for commercial operations in the UK, the US, and Europe. The company improves AI efficiency by enabling AI-to-AI communication for decision-making to eliminate AI-human communication. LGN’s product offerings include software for a range of purposes, including edge AI fleet management, multi-sensor perception systems, and augmenting systems for existing hardware.

As of March 2021, LGN employed eight employees and provided its services to five companies operating in a range of sectors including automotive, agriculture, and manufacturing. Its customers include Jaguar Land Rover—also an investor—which intends to use LGN’s solutions to expand its data capture and road travel data analysis efforts for its autonomous car development.

LGN raised USD 2 million in a funding round in March 2021, to accelerate product developments and expand its workforce. The company also intends to pursue low-latency inference technology, which enables faster processing of optical data on-chips.
