 Wallbox, a Spanish EV-charging infrastructure manufacturer listed on the NYSE, has secured a USD 45 million strategic investment. Generac Power Systems, the lead investor, contributed USD 35 million. This brings Wallbox's total funding to USD 292.7 million.
 The company has plans to use this funding to facilitate the manufacturing and global sales of its chargers, with special focus on the North American market.
 A private placement of 36,334,277 Class A ordinary shares will be sold by Wallbox for the USD 45 million investment. This makes it the second minority investment by Generac in Wallbox, which is in accordance with their commercial relationship announced in December 2023.
