In October 2023 , Z Modular partnered with Peakhill Capital, a commercial real estate firm, and closed a CAD 26 million (~ USD 18.96 million) debt transaction. This funding is earmarked for the "Fuze Lucan" modular apartment project in Lucan, Ontario, Canada. Notably, this project will be insured by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC).
