Adracare

Adracare is an integrated end-to-end practice management and virtual care platform catering to mental healthcare practitioners. It simplifies scheduling, charting, and billing processes through its secure and regulatory-compliant software. Adracare's platform enables seamless integration of virtual and in-person treatment, providing clients the flexibility to choose their preferred mode of care delivery.

The software reduces revenue losses by automating appointment reminders, thus minimizing no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Adracare's intuitive interface eliminates the need for paper and spreadsheets, enabling practitioners to spend more time on client care rather than administrative tasks. It is highly configurable, allowing practices to scale the software according to their evolving needs.

Adracare offers two distinct solutions: "Adracare for Clinics" caters to growing enterprise practices, while "Adracare for Solo Practitioners" targets practitioners with up to 10 providers. As of November 2021, over 7,500 practitioners trusted their practice and virtual care management to Adracare.

In January 2021, WELL Health acquired Adracare for USD 4.75 million, expanding its technology solutions into markets like mental health and cannabis therapy. Adracare became part of WELL EMR Group, one of Canada's largest Electronic Medical Records (EMR) providers, serving over 2,000 clinics with 10,000+ physicians.
