Kitchen Robotics is an Israeli developer of robotic cloud kitchen solutions including the “Beastro” food preparation kiosk and “Cuismo” cloud kitchen operating system, both launched in August 2020. Beastro occupies a footprint of roughly 67 sq. ft. and is capable of preparing 45 dishes per hour including a variety of cuisines such as Italian, Asian, salads, and soups. It can hold up to 40 ingredients customizable to different menus. In 2023 Kitchen Robotics introduced an AI-powered feature for Beastro, which enables it to carry out natural language conversations with customers to generate personalized dish recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary needs.
The company claims its robot can reduce labor costs down by more than 50%. The unit is mainly pitched towards cloud kitchens, catering companies, central kitchens, sports events and entertainment complexes, and healthcare facilities. Beastro is offered at a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) rate of USD 7,490 per month.
The Cuismo operating system is used to manage Beasatro kiosks at a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) rate of USD 249 per month for small businesses and USD 999 per month for enterprise customers. Cuisimo is capable of programming, controlling, and monitoring the robot, as well as simultaneously managing robotic and manual cooking processes.

In September 2024, Kitchen Robotics partnered with Florida International University (FIU) to test Beastro in the campus cafeteria.
