 Inspectify, a property inspection platform, has raised USD 5.3 million in a funding round led by Munich Re Ventures. This thrusts Munich into the position of being Inspectify's largest external shareholder, and increases the company's total funding to USD 23 million.
 This funding injection will be used by Inspectify for various purposes, including accelerating its platform's development, expanding the offerings of Hartford Steam Boiler to clients, and rolling out their inspection warranty across a wider range of clientele.
 Launched in 2019, Inspectify boasts a network of over 6,000 inspectors. The firm provides a full-year warranty for repairing or replacing equipment found functional during inspections at no extra cost to homeowners, but this benefit is currently only available in select states.
