Delimobil is a Russian car-sharing service that operates a fleet of over 7,500 vehicles across 11 cities in Russia as of July 2019. The company utilizes a mobile app-based platform, allowing customers to locate, unlock, and pay for the use of its vehicles on a per-minute basis. Delimobil's business model revolves around providing access to vehicles without the need for ownership, catering to the growing demand for flexible and convenient transportation solutions in modern Russian society.
In January 2024, Delimobil announced plans for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Moscow Exchange, intending to issue shares representing up to 10% of the company's capital. The IPO was successfully completed in February 2024, raising 4.2 billion rubles (approximately USD 46.4 million) at a share price of 265 rubles. The company's market capitalization was estimated at 46.6 billion rubles following the IPO.
Delimobil has established partnerships with automotive manufacturers, including Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). In July 2019, FCA Russia supplied a fleet of 50 Fiat 500 models to Delimobil, initially for use in Moscow before expanding to other cities.
