Letus (RentMoola)

Canada-based Letus offers a platform for commercial and residential property managers to handle their rental payment functions. Letus allows property managers to provide their tenants with flexible rent payment options using various payment methods such as credit cards, in-store cash, and pre-authorized debit while supporting them with assisted rent collection. As of June 2022, Letus processed over USD 2 billion in total transaction value with over 2 million individual transactions.

Key customers and partnerships 

In May 2022, Letus partnered with Trust Stamp, a biometric identification and data protection provider, to improve security in rental payments and management processes by leveraging Trust Stamp’s biometric verification, document validation, and data protection technology. This was followed by another partnership with MRI software the following month to streamline rental payments using automated SMS messaging and payments via TXT2PAY.

Funding and financials

In January 2021, Letus raised an undisclosed amount in debt financing from Novel Capital.
