Elodie Games is developing a cross-platform game that would allow players to engage in cooperative gameplay regardless of differences in platform type or skill level. As of September 2021, its first game title was yet to be announced and was still in development. The company was founded by former Riot Games developers Christina Norman and David Banks.It raised USD 32.5 million in a Series A funding round in September 2021. The round was led by Galaxy Interactive and Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Patron and Electric Ant. As part of the investment, Sam Englebardt (Partner, Galaxy Interactive) and Jonathan Lai (Partner, Andreessen Horowitz) joined the Elodie Games’ board of directors. The round follows a seed funding round of USD 5 million in February 2020.

Stakester is a platform for gamers to compete against one another for cash prizes. The platform was launched in May 2020 and is currently available in 38 US states, the UK, and Singapore. As of November 2020, the platform has more than 15,000 users. Stakester has also established partnerships with ESL (Electronic Sports League) and GameByte (competitive gaming community).Stakester’s management includes Gary J.
