Other features include real-time traveller tracking, access to loyalty program benefits, omnichannel service, carbon-emission tracking, and the ability to analyze travel data across the organization. Pricing tiers include its “Simplify and reduce travel spend,” which charges a single, flat fee for all trips; “Standard”; and “Seat 1A” with additional features.
The company also offers solutions for travel industry operators, with features such as a booking platform, dynamic event quotes to prioritize time-sensitive tasks and link sharing. Travel agents can generate additional revenue from ticket upgrades, bundles, and ancillary products through Spotnana's New Distribution Capabilities (NDC) connections, alongside the integration of Spotnana’s API. Funding and financials
In July 2022, Spotnana raised USD 75 million in a Series B financing round led by Durable Capital Partners. The funding was utilized to expand the company’s engineering and product teams.
