It is claimed that the system has an inventory of hotels, flights, trains, and rental cars, all offered at competitive market rates. The customers are enabled to streamline their business travel by allowing then to centralize all booking, past, present, and future, within a unified dashboard.

Its sustainable solutions offer a comprehensive toolkit aimed at assisting customers in achieving their Net Zero goals. This enables businesses to identify emission hotspots through a comprehensive analysis of factors such as date, department, type, and event. Additionally, it facilitates tracking of emissions throughout the entire travel journey, encompassing aspects ranging from taxi rides to hotel stays.

In September 2022, Goodwings partnered with Neste and SQUAKE to develop an end-to-end process of promoting the usage of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) by making it easy and affordable for enterprises to fly with SAF everytime they travel. Goodwings directly allocates the commissions from travel bookings into the customer’s climate account. These funds are utilized to procure SAF where customers receive an emission reduction certificate after a flight.

Goodwings offer three pricing packages: 1) Essential - designed for small teams, 2) Professional - includes everything from essential + customization for mid size businesses, and 3) Advanced - deep customization for advanced travel programs.
