Fringe provides personalized lifestyle benefits for employees. It allows businesses to streamline their benefits offering through the platform by bringing together more than 135 service partners in the US alone. Employers sign up to Fringe and deposit the allocated benefits dollars into their employees’ accounts, which can then be spent on the service providers in the platform. Benefits include streaming services such as Netflix, Spotify, and Disney+, virtual fitness, virtual coaching and wellness benefits, online therapy such as Talkspace, and food and grocery delivery providers Grubhub, Uber Eats, and Instacart. Employers can sign up for the platform starting at USD 5 per employee per month.

Funding and financials
Fringe raised USD 17 million in a funding round led by Origin Ventures and Felton Group in November 2022. The fresh funds were used to expand its team to 100 employees (from 72) by the end of 2022 and to further develop its product and expand to new markets.
