The advantage for agents is that the RealScout platform allows clients to search properties exclusively without being exposed to other agents’ advertisements (for comparison, buyers can see home listings of different agents when they search in listing portals such as Zillow and may switch agents as a result). The platform also allows agents to track clients’ ever-changing preferences when searching for homes. For instance, agents will receive updates on the type of homes that clients have been searching for, so they can match clients with the right properties without the need for clients to inform them.
RealScout offers three main pricing plans: Agent, Team, and Brokerage. The Agent plan is priced at USD 99 per month and includes 100 nurtured contacts, with additional contacts available for purchase. The Team plan costs USD 249 per month, billed quarterly, and provides two licenses and 1,000 nurtured contacts, with options for additional licenses and contacts. The Brokerage plan starts at USD 499 per month, billed quarterly, and comes with customizable license quantities.

In November 2023, the company partnered with Anywhere Real Estate to integrate its agent-client collaboration platform and improve client engagement and conversion across all stages of the real estate process. The integration spanned all Anywhere brands, including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and Sotheby's International Realty. Agents can invite leads to the platform, providing consumers with listing alerts, market activity updates, and home valuation reports. RealScout's analysis showed that users achieved 54% higher median residential volume compared to other agents.
In December 2023, the company partnered with Cloze, an AI-powered real estate solutions provider, to integrate its services and enhance client nurturing and conversion. This integration enabled seamless syncing of contacts between both platforms, automated client nurturing through customized alerts, and real-time activity tracking. It aimed to streamline workflows, strengthen agent-client relationships, and help agents close more deals by leveraging real-time interactions and client behavior insights.
