Fabric, a provider of micro-fulfillment solutions for retailers, has raised USD 200 million in Series C funding led by Temasek, with participation from Koch Disruptive Technologies, Union Tech Ventures, Pontifax Global Food and Agriculture Technology Fund, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, KSH Capital, Princeville Capital, and several others. This round brings the company’s total funding to USD 336 million, with a valuation of more than USD 1 billion.
The company will use the new funding to expand its headcount and to build a network of micro-fulfillment centers (MFCs) across major cities in the US.
