According to unconfirmed reports, BYJU’s, an online education platform, is in talks to raise USD 500 million in a debt round through the term loan B route from international investors as it prepares for its initial public offering (IPO) in 18-24 months, possibly in India and the US.
The company is reportedly working with Morgan Stanley and is at a term sheet stage. Both BYJU’s and Morgan Stanley have declined to comment.
